The museum centre’s spaces are available for rent for meetings, seminars, and private events. Aalto2 Café provides meeting refreshments, dining options, and other catering services according to the client’s preferences. Private events can also be organized outside the museum center’s opening hours.

The beautiful old lecture hall of the museum, reminiscent of the waves of the Viipuri Library with its paneled ceiling, is suitable as an inspiring training and meeting space, as well as for intimate family celebrations. The space can also accommodate small public events, such as music performances. Located on the 4th floor of the museum, the lecture hall features ClickShare wireless presentation system, a large screen, a flipchart, and wireless internet access. The space also includes a spacious entrance area. A grand piano is available in the room as well.
