Aalto2 Museum Centre Oy (3261400-7) sells tickets and guided tours to consumers and businesses. Consumer sales adhere to these terms, consumer protection laws, and Finnish law. Resellers should contact sales at sales@aalto2.museum. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a guided tour must be canceled.

3. Ordering

Tickets and tours are ordered through our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment through our online payment service. All customer data is handled confidentially. Contact details provided during the order process are used only for delivering the order or resolving any issues unless otherwise specified. By ordering from the online store, you are expected to have reviewed and agreed to the current terms of service.

 

4. Payment Provider

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement and transfers the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product provider first.

5.  Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are valid until further notice and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

 

6. Delivery

Upon receiving your order, we will send you an immediate confirmation via email, detailing your order information. Always check the confirmation for accuracy. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Retain the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service.

Tickets and guided tours: The Aalto2 order confirmation, which details the purchased products, serves as your entry ticket. It may take some time to receive the confirmation, so check your spam folder as well.

 

7. Returns and Complaints

Tickets and guided tours are non-refundable.

 

8. Force Majeure

The Aalto2 online store is not responsible for any delays, difficulties, or failure to deliver orders due to circumstances beyond its control, such as war, natural disasters, import/export restrictions, government decisions, disruptions in public transport, or any similar events that may hinder or prevent Aalto2’s operations.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this distance sales agreement will be governed by Finnish law.
