The architecture of the new museum centre creates an environment where it is possible to experience the history of Central Finland and get a deeper understanding of Alvar Aalto’s architecture and design.

Through the exhibitions different kinds of audiences are able to experience connection to different times, dive deeper into the architecture and design of Alvar Aalto; get greater appreciation of the details of Aalto’s designs as well as universal thinking.
 The visitor can enjoy, learn and participate.
