The museum centre’s spaces are available for rent for meetings, seminars, and private events. Aalto2 Café provides meeting refreshments, dining options, and other catering services according to the client’s preferences. Private events can also be organized outside the museum center’s opening hours.

The museum’s old lecture hall, with its beautifully paneled ceiling reminiscent of the wave-like design of the Viipuri Library, is an inspiring space for training sessions and meetings, as well as intimate family gatherings. The room is also suitable for hosting small public events, such as musical performances. Located on the 4th floor of the museum, the lecture hall is equipped with a ClickShare wireless presentation system, HDMI connection, large screen, flip chart, and wireless internet access. A spacious foyer is available next to the room, and the hall also features a grand piano.
